The use of the eigenvalue real part, as discriminant of the system instability, is here combined with information coming from the eigenvectors, projected on the equilibrium position, to account for the energy flows involved in the squeal phenomena.
As the fossil record constrains the date of divergence of these two lineages to be 60 ± 5 Ma [ 25- 27], and the codon biases in modern Sus scrofa and Bos taurus project an equilibrium value for f2 = 0.54 [ 24], the rate constants for transitions at the TREx silent sites were estimated to be ca. 2.8 × 10-9 transite/yearilent site/year during the time interval that separates these lineages.
We compared base flow to municipal water demand in each of the 18 study watersheds to determine degree of streamflow depletion under equilibrium conditions when steady state conditions are reached for each projected water demand [25].
By using the fixed point theory and projected dynamic system theory, we get the existence and uniqueness of the solution for this equilibrium problem.
First, to address violation of the assumption of equilibrium due to human-caused range contractions (Assumption 1, Table 1), we compared projected areas of climatic suitability using training data from modern vs. historical ranges.
Based on general economic equilibrium modeling exercises, the authors took economic growth assumptions together with population growth to determine projected food production.
Most mutations had a marked impact on channel gating by shifting Kv7.1 gating equilibrium towards the open state, the closed state or the inactivated state, displaying no obvious clustering when projected onto a helical wheel diagram (Figure 1B).

The model computes the market equilibrium for all products in any given year and simulates the evolution of this equilibrium from one year to the next to project the future state of the sector.
