Interestingly, HPV31 which may increase the risk of cytology disease were more likely concentrated in normal compared with HSIL group less than 30 years old (Additional file 1: Table S1) which revealed that different aged women harbour specific HPV genotype might with different progressive progression.
Patients will continue randomized study treatment until confirmed disease progression (progressive disease, PD) or unacceptable toxicity.
