It can be individualised, progressed and supervised by physiotherapists or self-guided from a leaflet containing standardised exercises [ 9].
Clients are encouraged to progress from tightly supervised medical treatment to a weekly handout of medication.
First, standard training programs for HWs are a graduated learning system starting with physiology and mechanisms of injury/disease, progressing to simulation, supervised patient care, and then finally independent practice.
