How can conservationists get the facts they need about climate change to design programmes for adaptation?
We first present the internal factors that are critical for sustainability (strategic planning, organizational capacity, programme adaptation, programme evaluation and communication) and then the external factors (funding stability, political support, partnerships and public health impact).
