In order to place the transcriptional changes described above in the context of perturbed chromosomal contact structures, we generated additional 4C-seq profiles from viewpoints located at cohesin sites positioned at the promoters or within the local environment of upregulated or downregulated genes.
Also, we did not use two viewpoints: the leftmost profile and the rightmost profile.
