In mice, Magel2 is highly expressed in the hypothalamus, and Magel2 RNA has a circadian profile of expression in the SCN [13], [14].
Studies investigating NIS gene expression in malignant breast tissue provide a profile of expression which is limited due to small cohort sizes [3], [4].
We examined the profile of expression for each of the SENP proteins in staged whole Xenopus laevis embryos by RT-PCR (Figure 2).

This profile of expression correlates with virulence at low temperatures.
The profile of expression of other ESTs will be verified in the future.
