AMUSE involves radiometric normalization steps, production of a baseline land cover, change vector analysis to identify changed pixels, and a new constrained signature extension approach to update the land cover of changed areas.
In uninfected macrophages, an IC50 and IC90 concentration of Berberine chloride (2.5 and 10 µM, 24 h) induced a 1.24 and 1.52 fold increase in production of NO, the baseline GMFC increasing from 54.57±3.17 to 68.06±1.3 and 82.88±1.66 respectively (Figure 2B).
