The built-in Aspen Plus reactor models RYIELD and RGIBBS are used to design different reactive processes including (i) gasification, (ii) WGS reaction, (iii) oxidation of fuel in fuel reactor, and (iv) OC regeneration in steam and air reactor.
It contains a large variety of molecules that are known to be involved in various processes, including (i) growth regulation, (ii) cell wall maintenance, (iii) protection against desiccation and environmental stresses, (iv) transportation route for a broad range of molecules, (v) homeostasis, (vi) cell to cell adhesions and (vii) gas exchanges (for review see [ 4]).
Typical steps in the decision making process include i) information collection; ii) analysis and decision alternatives; iii) impact assessment; iv) decision-making and communication; and v) process refinement.
The six steps in the CHERG intervention review process include: (i) defining the scope of the review; (ii) conducting the literature search; (iii) extracting information from individual studies; (iv) assessing and summarizing the evidence; (v) translating the evidence into estimates of intervention effects and (vi) presenting the results.
Very briefly, the process includes i) observations (such as the fossil record) and experimental data (e.g., DNA sequences).
It is found that despite the low ionic conductivity of LSM, the cathode reaction of the oxide cathode materials is a two-step process including: (i) charge transfer with activation energy of the resistivity Ea increasing with the temperature and (ii) transport of oxygen ions through the bulk of the electrode (rate-limiting stage) with Ea independent on the temperature.
The two-step process includes (i) the zinc surface pretreatment with hexacyanoferrate ion in the aqueous medium in order to form a zinc hexacyanoferrate (ZnHCF) film non-blocking passive layer on the surface and with the view to prevent its reactivity and (ii) electropolymerization of pyrrole on the ZnHCF|Zn-modified electrode in aqueous pyrrole solution.
The split-read analysis is a multi-step process, including (i) candidate split-read search, (ii) SV reference extraction, (iii) indexing and k-mer counting, (iv) detecting the best supported breakpoint, (v) split-read consensus computation and (vi) an alignment of the split-read consensus sequence to the SV reference region.
Using various C incorporation labeling patterns into GHB, we have discovered that GHB is catabolized by previously unknown processes that include (i) direct β-oxidation to acetyl-CoA and glycolate, (ii) α-oxidation to 3-hydroxypropionyl-CoA and formate, and (iii) cleavage of C-4 to yield 3-hydroxypropionate and CO2.
These cellular processes may include (i) a mitochondria-controlled, age-related mode of apoptotic cell death known to be modulated in response to changes in CL concentration within the IMM [ 70, 71]; and (ii) a non-selective pathway of macroautophagy shown to be responsive to certain alterations in lipid metabolism within and lipid exchange between several cellular membranes [ 72- 74].
