Empirical models were developed to create relationships between process factors and responses by considering to analysis of variances (ANOVA).
Moreover, the quadratic model from the Box-Behnken design can quantitatively describe the inherent relationships between the process factors and R/O ratio of YBO3 Eu3+ phosphors.
The system allowed data to be collected efficiently for the development of a rigorous design space that combined formulation factors, process factors, and their interactions to define a tolerance surface where risk of future product failure was significantly reduced.
It was found that all the process factors and interactions show significant contribution on SR.
The selected process factors and range has been given in Table 2.

The proper adoption of various process factors and their assigned levels that stir these quality characteristics will enhance TCs.

The effects and percentage contributions of significant process factors and its interactions have also been presented and discussed in this section.
The main effect plot and the percentage contribution of various process factors and interactions with respect to MRR have been shown in Figs. 5 and 6 respectively.
