At WEHI, I can see that although the selection procedure for group leaders is tough, those who do get a chance usually receive all the support needed to succeed.

The majority of patients were Caucasian (White), constituting 89.3% of group A and 88.8% of group B. Development metrics ask that findings from cohorts provide a basis for developing cancer control measures and prevention procedures for groups and populations at risk (e.g., determination of causes, public health guidelines, and disease risk classification models).
A weakness of the study is that the blinding procedures for group allocation post-randomisation were limited due to the open nature of the study and because of practical reasons, which meant that the evaluator was aware of group allocation as they were also involved in data collection and entry and were responsible for delivering the education session.
On a broader level, however, international law has failed to establish a procedure for qualified groups to pursue statehood.
