To advance beyond foundations we will inevitably need to employ non-deductive reasoning and according to PIJ that will ultimately require us to have noninferential (direct) knowledge of propositions describing probability connections between evidence and conclusions.
Besides the authors [1, 2, 12, 13] considered the interference in the selection strategies they adopted which is the one based on the SINR, which allowed them to decrease the probability connections losses during a vertical handover.
In order to magnify this effect, MCL applies, after each walk, an inflation step that separates high probability connections from low probability ones.
The product of this propagation of uncertainty is a decrease in connection probability with increasing path length, leading to a preponderance of high probability connections close to the seed region coupled with a progressive dispersion of low probability streamlines as distance increases (Morris et al., 2008).
For example, in auditory cortex slices, low-probability connections were associated with either paired-pulse facilitation or PPS and a nondecremental response to 20-Hz spike trains, whereas high-probability connections were characterized by marked suppression (Atzori et al. 2001).
