The other items were retained to enable the measure to give an account of certain specific sequences in the patients' care itineraries: the time lapses before receiving treatment (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery: r = 0.80 0.82), the quality of consultation premises and respect for privacy in consultations (hospitalisation versus consultation: r = 0.87).
We found the lack of privacy during consultations unsettling, particularly when two or more consultations took place in the same room or the same space outdoors.
Weaknesses related to patient-provider communication were discussed such as the unfriendly welcoming, interrupted privacy during consultations and poor attention by the doctors due to use of computers during consultations.
A disadvantage of the openness of Hälsotorg, was the surrounding noise and lack of privacy during consultations and individual counseling.
Other poor quality of care factors identified in this study included lack of privacy during consultations and having to leave the ART clinic without receiving help.
The key concerns they listed were professional isolation in their practice, lack of opportunities for professional development, lack of privacy for consultations, inadequate facilities for bare weighing of babies or providing breast feeding advice and support, and ad hoc or non-existent mechanisms for record keeping or client follow up.

Based on the multiple logistic regression analysis, sex of the provider, time of initiation of ANC, privacy during consultation, frequency of ANC visit, duration of consultation time and explaining the procedure before ANC examination were predictor variables for client satisfaction on antenatal care (Table 3).
Most of the study clinics observed offering integrated FP and HIV services have audio-privacy during consultations, and women were seen alone and asked questions in complete privacy.
