Our experience in deploying the framework for various prioritization activities provides strong evidence making explicit the need for VBRP as a first-class citizen for value-based planning, implementation and delivery of systems and software applications.
The generation of high quality and comparable monitoring data still scarce and highly scattered in the indoor environment and minimum quality requirements for their harmonized storage in a common database is crucial to support prioritization activities.
