Creators visited the Pittsburgh outpost, and we witnessed members taking a screen printing class, using a laser cutter to etch some sort of zombie design onto pint glasses, and bending sheet metal with a frankly intimidating hunk of machinery.
On the fronts were printed "Class of 2028," which promoted the dream of on-time high school graduation, and on the back was "Class of 2032," which seeded the idea of college matriculation and completion.
He explains that, when he went to U.C.L.A. film school, he fed his cinephilic habits: "In the eighties, they were still freely showing nitrate prints, in classes, during the day — so one of the reasons it took me five years to get out of film school is that, rather than editing, which I should have been doing, I was in this theatre, watching movies — movies that were being shown for other classes".
