The design and manufacturing of inkjet printed modules differs notably from the traditional way to manufacture electronics.
It was common for dozens of students to share one study module, or for students to wait several months to receive printed modules in the mail.

New encapsulation architectures significantly enhance the durability of printed OPV modules, with results showing modules exhibiting a shelf-life of more than 5 years, and no evidence of degradation after 13 months׳ exposure under outdoor conditions.

The printing system consists of the printing module, a laboratory-built pneumatic controller (which consistently provides positive and negative pressures at set values ranging from −100 to 200 kPa), and a computer for running the LabVIEW program.
The printing module of our pneumatic printing system includes a printing head to generate droplets, a liquid reservoir to supply and store liquid into the printing head, and an operating part with a solenoid valve to switch pressures on the printing head (Fig. 1a).
The printed OPV modules have size of 45 cm2 with an active area of 8 composedofed of 8 interconnected cells and exhibited a maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 2.22%.
The intervention program consists of five printed activity modules designed to improve parenting skills specific to smoking prevention and parent-child communication regarding smoking.
