PCR reactions were performed with 0.3 μM of each primer, and using the following cycling program: 94° for 5 min (denaturation step), 5 cycles at 94° for 1 min, 58° for 45 s, and 72° for 45 s, followed by 25 cycles of 94° for 45 s, 58° for 30 s, and 72° for 45 s.

In this study, we designed a novel 5′-amino-modified primer and used it for priming cDNA synthesis.
