Figure 2 shows the mean bTB prevalence plotted against the EBV for bTB susceptibility for sires with more than 50 female progeny in more than ten herds; the correlation was 0.52.

Sero-prevalence plots for Same assuming a change in SCR 10 years previously are shown in Figures 5a and 5b, for MSP-119 and AMA respectively.
Age sero-prevalence plots for the Same and Korogwe regions are shown in Figure 3. Visual assessment of the plots for the Same dispensaries indicated a poor fit of the model, for younger age groups, where sero-prevalence was lower than predicted.
In Figure 6, we separated units with zero and non-zero prevalence and plot prevalence in the non-zero units as a function of the four centrality measures - in-degree (which according to the results shown in Figure 2 amounts to the same figure as out-degree), PageRank, betweenness and weighted betweenness.
The model fits to our first two calibration targets, GERD Symptom and BE prevalences are presented in Figure 2. GERD Symptom prevalence was plotted as a function of specific age group in the upper portion of the graph and BE prevalence was shown in the lower portion.
Prevalence is plotted as a percentage of the total population, thus the maximum value of 0.8% on the y-axis reflects 8 infections per 1,000 individuals.
Monthly prevalence scatter plots that were non-linear (curvilinear) were first log-transformed before modelling the monthly rate of change in mixed effects linear regression.
Figure 4 presents the proportion of simulations correctly classified within each true district prevalence class, plotted against the midpoint of each 2.5% (pre-MDA) or 1.25% (post-MDA) interval.
Before baiting started, E. multilocularis was highly prevalent in this plot, and prevalences in European water voles (Arvicola terrestris) ranged from 9% to 21% during several years (1997 2000) (11, 13 ).
