Cultural pressures, norms, standards, etc., are constantly throwing the "perfect marriage," the "ideal man," the "top 10 of everything" in front of our faces and mental rating curves.
In order to determine what kind of social influence might play a role in parental safety behaviour, the following social influence factors were assessed: perceived social support (or pressure), subjective norm and descriptive norm.
The normative beliefs 'Father' and 'Mother' influence successors' perceptions about the social pressure (perceived norms) to take over the farm.
In this case, the orders of convergence of velocity in (H^{1}) norm, pressure in (L^{2}) norm, and temperature in (H^{1}) norm should be 2.
Introducing the notion of 'surfing on institution' allows us to complement the literature on organizations' responses to institutional pressures and norms.
This is due to several contributing factors (such as education differences, inherent biases in hiring, societal pressures and norms, etc). that make it that much more difficult for women.

· To understand the attitudes, the social pressures (subjective norms) and the enabling factors (environment: services access and quality, time, money etc.,) that influenced the decisions and ability of pregnant women and their families to utilize the available safe birthing and EmONC services, and to suggest further improvements for the utilization of MNCH services in Pakistan.
