Age, systolic blood pressure, log triacylglycerol and log fasting glucose were fitted as continuous variables in the multivariate analysis.
The 2-h insulin was positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure, log triglycerides, and log hs-CRP, but not with HDL cholesterol, log systolic blood pressure, adiponectin, TNF-α, or IL-6 (P > 0.05).
