Open the Inspector by pressing Command + I.
You can do this either by dragging the first layer onto the New Layer icon at the bottom of the Layers window, or by pressing Command + J (PC: Ctrl + J) twice.
You can find your home folder by opening Finder and selecting Go > Home from the menu bar or pressing Command (Apple), Shift and H keys at the same time.

Here, you can take a screenshot of it - by using the PrtScr button in Windows and pasting the image into the Paint program, or pressing Command-Shift-4 on the Mac, selecting the area to capture and opening the resulting file on the desktop.
