The presented cut-off values for salivary and urinary cotinine ensure a categorization of the smoking status among pregnant women that is more accurate than self-reporting.
None of these studies presented cut-off scores to indicate extreme crowding, but used group statistics to determine differences [ 15, 23, 25- 27].
This study has identified health deficits applicable for those with IDD to include in a FI and has presented cut-off points for the FI to distinguish between risk groups.
