We used Plink [ 57] to prepare our data for the software tool GCTA [ 35] which was then used to calculate the GRMs for each annotation, and to performe a REML (restricted maximum likelihood) analysis.
Nevertheless, because all samples were prepared equally, our data still present a valid analysis of the changes in the extent of Prdx dimerization in response to oxidation within cardiac tissues.
To prepare our bathymetric and topographic data, we first interpolated the bathymetric data from USC-TRC onto a 92.13 m × 92.13 m grid using a bilinear method without gap filling; then we combined the SRTM topography data with the new 92 m-USC-TRC bathymetric data to produce a uniform bathymetric and topographic data set with a spatial resolution of 92.13 m.
The new program is part of the Collaboratory@Columbia, founded by Columbia Entrepreneurship and the Data Science Institute to prepare our students for a data-rich world and data-driven careers.
