By culturing human CD34+ cells isolated from granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) mobilized peripheral blood (PB) of healthy donors with low concentrations of cytokines on decullarized ECM preparations we could separate two cell fractions: adherent (AT) and supernatant (SN) cells, similar to HSPC co-cultures with MSC28.
