As in Lopera‐Mesa et al (in preparation), the models adjusted for age, hemoglobin type, α‐thalassemia, glucose‐6‐phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, ABO blood group, village, sex, and ethnicity.
The model was then submitted to a series of energy minimizations before the final preparation of the model was scored and written to an output database.
