In this case, the outcome carries information about the missing values of the predictors and this information must be used.
This extrapolation was carried out using a logistic transformation of the linear predictors; coefficients were obtained from the models fitted to the PND, and predictor values were substituted using predictor variable information informed by the GBPR.
