Assuming completely anoxic conditions, temperatures below 85°C and a negligible pCO2 in our experiments, Fe(OH 2 (white rust) could precipitate (Reaction 17) and due to its instability serve as a precursor to other Fe oxides and hydroxides, most notably Fe3O4 (Reaction 18).
The precipitated reaction by-product dicyclohexylurea was filtered off and the filtrate was precipitated in chilled diethyl ether.
The supernatant was removed from the precipitated reaction products, and the precipitates were dissolved in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO).
In the initial reaction stage, the Zn2+ supplied from the decomposition of [Zn(NH3 4]2+ reacted with OH− and Zn(OH 2 colloids formed in the solution (reaction 4), and part of Zn(OH 2 colloids dissolved into Zn2+ and OH− because the precipitates of Zn(OH 2 are more soluble as compared to the ZnO precipitates (reaction 5).
The exposed surface of the intercolumnar gaps in the outer part of the GZO layer was found to rapidly dissolve into the intruding molten silicate and precipitate reaction products that seal the flow paths, limiting the penetration depth and the ensuing stiffening of the TBC.
Figure 2A shows the X-ray diffraction pattern of the white precipitate after the precipitation reaction between ZnSO4·7H2O and (NH4 2CO3 with a molar ratio at 1.0 3.6, which demonstrates that the precipitate obtained by the precipitation reaction is also crystallized Zn4CO3(OH)6·H2O.
Figure 1A shows the X-ray diffraction pattern of the white precipitate after the precipitation reaction between Zn(CH3COO 2·2H2O and (NH4 2CO3 with a molar ratio at 1.0 3.6, which demonstrates that the precipitate obtained by the precipitation reaction is crystallized Zn4CO3(OH)6·H2O.
Instead, combinations of changed epigenetic marks, which occur less frequently than changes of single marks, seem necessary in order to achieve threshold values that lead to efficient silencing or activation of genes, possibly by precipitating cascade reactions.
This was true when trying to cascade simple circuit designs in precipitating chemical reactions.

Patients who exhibit extra-oral features of this reaction should be encouraged to avoid and protect the skin from sunlight as this may well precipitate the reaction.
