In 2014, Todd Moyer and Jessica Schell entered into a premarital agreement which provided, as most agreements typically do, that their respective income and earnings, and any property acquired by them individually during the marriage, would remain each spouse's sole and separate property, and that they would keep their liabilities (including pre-existing liabilities) as their own.
