MDMs should not and indeed cannot, dictate the treatment of every single cancer patient in an institution, rather they should ensure that most practice in a team occurs within the parameters set by the team, which in turn is informed by the literature.
GPs point out that there should be guarantees that these training activities are totally independent of the pharmaceutical industry, that they are taught by experts, and that they offer the opportunity to discuss physicians' prescription practices in a team atmosphere.

Salaried physicians also practice in an interdisciplinary team-based environment.
In practice, a team of local herders has been strengthened, with key responsibilities ranging from raising local environmental awareness at community gatherings (e.g. during school holidays and annual festivals); to anti-poaching patrols; to the regular monitoring of wildlife including Tibetan wild ass, wild yak, black-necked crane, and snow leopard (Figure 8).
PNs (n = 46) will be assigned to an intervention group or control group at an allocation ratio of 1 1, after stratification into PNs working alone in a practice, PNs working in a team and PNs working in different practices.
