The CR of recycling convenience, eco-friendly practices, ethical behavior, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in grocery stores is 0.853, 0.818, 0.884, 0.809, and 0.839, respectively.
In the case of soft drinks, the CR of recycling convenience, eco-friendly practices, ethical behavior, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty are 0.859, 0.822, 0.810, 0.801, and 0.850, respectively.
