"power to think" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It refers to the ability or capacity to think, reason, and make decisions. It can be used in various contexts, such as in philosophical or psychological discussions, or in everyday language. Example: "He believed in the power to think as the most essential aspect of being human."
