Google built its own AI processor to power bots while Apple is said to be secretly developing a dedicated chip for the iPhone.

I think the real power of bots will come when it's not just about you talking to an app, but the bot doing things for you, or multiple people talking to each other with the bot inline and helping us.

Although, as we noted earlier, he had plenty of caveats about the limits of its powers of bot detection.
The characters' lines were fed into the neural networks that power the bots, which analyzed their language patterns and learned to say things as they would.
It'll be interesting to see how developers will use them in their apps, but it's easy to see how this could be used to power chat bots, for example, and help them understand incoming requests.
If we take a step back and look past these technicalities and different options (chat/ui/voice), we can focus on the real power of bots and see them for what they really are: automated agents, remotely working for you to accomplish a simple task.
