We took the eight most common categories of affinity data (IC50, Ki, Kd, EC50, ED50, potency, activity, inhibition) relevant to bioactivity, and applied a number of rules in order to generate sets of molecules that are explicitly and experimentally determined to be bioactive, as shown in Table 1.
