About 1% to 4% of this period the posterior probabilities fall in the highest range (0.71, 1.00), which indicates that these days deserve additional attention for possible outbreak.
To select the priors for the Bayesian model, two principles were followed: one is conjugation for computing easily as the posterior will fall in the same distribution family as prior, and in our case, the prior would be Gaussian for conditional coefficient and Inv-Gamma for variance; the other is global and local parameter independence, parameter modularity, and likelihood equivalence [ 24, 25].
