Further work is needed to allow storage and efficient retrieval based on automated subsumption and post-coordinated terminology expressions.
Given terminology-bound information models, the system must support the storing and querying of terminology-bound patient information instances, most probably allowing post-coordinated terminology expressions and possibly even allowing for the bridging of varying terminology binding solutions [ 31].
