Based in the minimal path theory using geodesic active contours, we present a novel architecture where no initial information about the scene is needed, while it is possible to include it if necessary to specify constraints.
The complete sequence of the mitochondrial genome from a Mesolithic wild aurochs became recently available [27], so it was possible to include it in our phylogeny (#18 in Figures 1 and 2) along with the only available modern complete P sequence (#17) [9].
