Using the haplotype phasing and imputation program, BEAGLE, it is possible to impute genotypes from low- to high-density (50K) in the Thoroughbred horse with reasonable to high accuracy.
As some of these regression variables were missing in the clinical data it was not possible to impute BMI for all patients; however, the imputation increased the BMI completeness rate from 36%to88%8%.
