Michael Fallon, the business minister in charge of the sale, has said he will do all he can to ensure as many people as possible are able to share in the privatisation.
Other cuts include a sharp reduction in payments to ill people claiming Employment and Support Allowance who have been classified as possible being able to work in the future – the so-called "Work Related Activity Group".
"A good society is one where as many people as possible are able to live happy, fulfilling lives," says Lord Layard, co-founder of Action for Happiness and author of Happiness: Lessons from a New Science.
These findings clearly indicate a need to address potential reasons for delays in treatment, in order to ensure that as many patients as possible are able to optimize their use of treatment.
Councillor Alan McCarthy said: "I hope as many descendants as possible are able to attend to remember their loved ones, along with members of the public who also want to join with us as we pay our respects".

The timing of the event needed to be carefully worked out with each group in order to reduce the burden of participation in the project and to ensure that as many women as possible were able to attend.
