By incorporating an imidazole ring at the 7-position of scaffold, high target potency was achieved due to a hydrogen bonding network that occurs between the 3-position nitrogen atom, a bridging water molecule and the side chains Ser152 and Trp244 of the enzyme.
These coordinates are the basis for defining the positioning of scaffold cells.
The coding part of this tenascin gene lies between position 1585 21365 of scaffold 366 that is located on chromosome 9 (Laboratory for Developmental Biology and Genome Biology [ 26]; see [ 27]).
In all these molecules the –ve potential is concentrated on the benzene and thiophen rings, whereas in the rest of molecules the –ve potential is concentrated on the different groups attached at the different positions of scaffolds (Fig. 2).
The known positions of scaffolds containing human X orthologs are displayed in Figure 1.
Once scaffolds have been located to mapping bins, the precise positioning of scaffolds and their orientation relative to the linkage map can be performed in a targeted fashion.
We expect these results will help inform chromosomal positions of scaffolds, given that linkage maps have been successfully used to augment genomic resources in other fish species, including several species of catfish (Liu 2011; Ninwichian et al. 2012), rainbow trout (Palti et al. 2011; Palti et al. 2012), and Atlantic salmon (Lorenz et al. 2010).
The shear stresses acting on the cultivated cells depend not just on the geometry and internal structural shape of the scaffolds, but also on the whole reactor vessel design, the position of the scaffold within, and the way and mode of perfusion [ 5– 7].
If a scaffold was assigned to multiple markers on a linkage group, the most accurate marker position as the unique position of the scaffold was preferentially selected.
Among the different substituents at C-3 position of coumarin scaffold, 3-trifluoroacetyl group showed the most promising results.
