"pose by" is not a commonly used phrase in English and it is not correct English grammar
To pose means to "assume a particular attitude or stance" (Google dictionary). Therefore, a possible phrase you could use instead is "posed near" or "posed by/next to". Example sentence: She posed near the fountain for the pictures.
