"pork farming" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It refers to the practice of raising pigs for their meat. It can be used in a variety of contexts, such as discussing agricultural practices or the meat industry. Example: "In recent years, the demand for pork has increased, leading to a rise in pork farming operations across the country."
Most importantly, improvements in pork farming and processing practices have virtually eliminated Trichinella contamination in commercially produced pork in developed countries.
