The proposed approach is shown to be superior to administration of propofol based on population-based infusion schemes tailored to individual patients.
The shift at the top of the curve intuitively reflects the increased urinary sodium observed in the whole study population after HSS infusion.
Left ventricular contractility was depressed in both groups (for bolus patients, median z-score=−0.70, P=0.006, when compared with normal population; for continuous infusion patients, median z-score=−0.765 z-score=−0.765 comP=0.005ith normal population).
The median exposure to natalizumab at the time when the lowest index was obtained in the non-PML population was 19 infusions for the test data set, 23 infusions for the verification data set, and 21 infusions for the combined data set.
