Patients were excluded if they had undergone a previous vitreoretinal surgery with silicone oil tamponade, silicone oil tamponade of less than 6 months, or different type of silicone oil or had diabetic retinopathy, poor SD-OCT scan quality, or high myopia exceeding −6,0 diopters.
If the image quality was poor (topography SD >40 μm) a repeat scan was undertaken.
Third, while the patients with a high preoperative serum level of IFNAR2 mRNA showed a good response to IFN-α ± sorafenib (IFN-α ± Sor; CR-PR) and a longer overall survival, the patients with a low serum level and a high tumor tissue level of IFNAR2 mRNA level showed a poor response (SD-PD) and a shorter overall survival.
Patients with poor-quality SD-OCT images that prevented evaluation and quantification of the SD-OCT data were excluded.
Genes whose deletions had better growth (> 0.5 SD) than the population mean in one environment and poor (< 0.5 SD) in the other or vice versa were classified as antagonistic (Table S1, see the section Materials and Methods).
Lowest awareness occurred for the relationship between decreased mobility and poor memory/concentration (mean 6.2, SD 2.3), poorer physical health and poor memory/concentration (6.4, SD 2.4), decreased mobility and difficulty sleeping (6.5, SD 2.3) and low mood or feeling depressed and increased pain (6.6, SD 2.4).
Patient subjective satisfaction towards the current status was excellent in 8.6% (mean VISA-A score 89.0, SD 8.0), good in 41.4% (mean VISA-A score 84.6, SD 16.3), moderate in 31.0% (mean VISA-A score 84.4, SD 15.2) and poor in 19.0% (mean VISA-A score 77.6, SD 13.5).
This lower overlap fraction probably reflects the fact that both SNP arrays have poor representation within cattle SD regions.
On the Bland-Altman plot, the dots corresponding to groups 3 and 4 are outside 2 SD, signifying poor agreement (Fig. 2).
Thus, these five could not perform the neuropsychological tasks on the WISC-R, and the estimated score for each was assigned a poor performance under -3 SD for age because of their severe intellectual disabilities.
