Alignments of both the cDNA sequences and their predicted amino acid sequences between GaSus7, AtSus6 and OsSus6 revealed poor identities in the extended regions of the last exons, but much high identities in the other coding sequence (data not shown).
Alignments are deposited in TreeBase (ID S15183) [ 43].Truncated sequences and those sequences with poor identities were removed, gaps and ambiguously sites in the alignment were weeded by visual inspection.

The problems ranged from deindustrialisation and disinvestment to social problems—such as a growing population of the vulnerable poor, identity crisis, brain drain, and white flight.
Sequence alignments revealed that overall sequence of helicases displays poor identity, but five superfamilies (SF) were defined from conserved motifs [ 3].
The primary sequence shows a typical catalytic site (CGPC), which executes the oxidoreductase activity, and the typical thioredoxin fold; even more, it shows higher identity with Trx from E. granulosus, a cestode, less identity with S. mansoni, a trematode, and poor identity with pigs and humans (intermediate and accidental hosts of T. solium).
Zebrafish Dusp27 is most strongly similar (80% identity) to human DUSP27 in this domain, with weaker similarity in the N-terminal region and relatively poor identity (40%) in the extended C-terminal region, which, in both species, is markedly enriched in serine and glutamate residues (Fig. 2C).

However in the case of Toxoplasma gondii, 2096 proteins give shorter alignment while 1833 proteins give longer alignment with SMAT80 matrix (compared to BLOSUM62) probably due to the large increase in percent identity (3247 proteins give better percent identity while 1264 proteins give poor percent identity).
The 'spoiled identity' parents experienced, was the "poor parent" identity as opposed to the parent of a child with ASD (see also, Ryan, 2008; Farrugia, 2009).
However, they share poor sequence identity, and thus they are classified as different enzymes (CD for CcdA/Cds Hand cysteine desulfidase for YhaM).
Previous studies [5] have shown that in cases of poor sequence identity, structure-based phylogenies generate better models of evolution of proteins than the traditional sequence-based methods.

Since I tried Ludwig back in 2017, I have been constantly using it in both editing and translation. Ever since, I suggest it to my translators at ProSciEditing.
