There are five outdoor balconies, two bathrooms and a swimming pool; the master suite has a wet bar and an open-air whirlpool tub.

In 1960, Los Angeles-based artist June Wayne took it upon herself to "create a pool of master artisan-printers in the United States". As a result of basic, refresher and advanced training Projects, there is an expanding pool of master trainers and experienced guiders throughout the country although their numbers still remain a constraint on expanding the Project.

Eighty-two verified BACs were further processed and grouped into six normalized pools as well as a composite master pool containing all 82 BACs.
Depending on which of the dimensions was prepared 24-, 16-well pin tools or toothpicks were used to transfer the appropriate BAC clones from the master pool plates into the stock plate for each particular pool.
Each of the six BAC pools was subjected to Roche 454 single-end shotgun sequencing and the master pool to 3-kb PE sequencing.
Fosmid DNA extracted from all pools for both libraries was then combined to produce a single DNA sample, a master pool of 5 μg DNA, for subsequent pyrosequencing.
