Its Cedar Creek Spa — hand-hewn timber ceilings, natural stone floors, stained glass, chandeliers and a candle-lit indoor grotto pool — encompasses 12 treatment rooms, each of which has a fireplace.
The neutrophil precursors can be divided into the mitotic pool, which includes myeloblasts, promyelocytes and myelocytes, and the postmitotic pool encompassing metamyelocytes, band cells and polymorphonuclear neutrophils.
Along with unspliced genomic RNA, the pool encompasses two major classes of spliced transcripts, a 1.8 kb class and a 4 kb class, which derive from the combinatorial usage of five 5′ donor and eight 3′ acceptor sites.
The Evenk and Even gene pool encompasses C3c STR haplotypes (see Additional file 5) that partly overlap with those found in more southern populations: the Mongolic-speaking Buryats and Mongolians, the Turkic-speaking Tuvinians and Altaian Kazakhs as well as the Tungusic-speaking Manchus [ 23, 48].
Each of these pools encompasses an array of individual species.
This implies that the different gene pools encompassing pGE [ 8] are subject to differential control by miRNAs.
Our analysis show that with the exception of PCSK5 and PCSK7 the top 5% of positively correlating gene pools encompasses a significant enrichment of putative target genes when compared with the bottom 5% correlates (Table 1, Additional File 2 for identity of putative target molecules).
This trend was observed, to some extent, for samples BEW, BRE and PUE, but not for the BRH one which differed from the others by the dominance of only three clusters in the H0 cDNA pool which encompassed 90% of the sequenced reads (Supplementary Fig. S5).
The strains to be pooled were selected using the following criteria: i) they should be preferentially isolated from the same source (to mimic the real application of the method), ii) the pool should encompass both genetically similar and different strains (to assess the discrimination ability -Da- of the method).
