The shadow transport secretary, Maria Eagle, currently in Amsterdam looking at the Dutch tram system, pretty well knows her policy destination – free travel for young people, reintegration of the mainline rail system, buses made a priority over trains, and devolved power to regional transport authorities.
The new policy divides destinations into four zones.

In order to address these potential negative impacts, policy makers in destination countries should work to ensure that changes in health worker training and licensure aimed at promoting the medical tourism sector are also supportive of the health needs of the domestic population.
More specifically, these trends have implications on destination policy, planning and development; destination management organization; destination marketing management; risk management; and tourism education [24].
We do this by applying Pocock and Phua's [ 45] conceptual framework of the policy implications for destination countries posed by the development of medical tourism.
Although migration to South Africa was reduced, the change of immigration policy by one destination country does not significantly affect the number of migrants from a specific country, as long as substantial push factors and migration opportunities in other destination countries remain.
