Key intervention activities in facilities and communities are described in Table 1.> In brief, the process entailed an interactive three-tiered set of interventions at policy, facility and community levels.
A representative sample of such key stakeholders identified a number of possible barriers to and opportunities for increasing access to an LAI at the policy, facility, distribution, and user population levels.
