Sedentary, moderate and vigorous activity levels were defined using published cut-points: sedentary <100 counts per minute (cpm), moderate 1535 3959 cpm and vigorous ≥3960 cpm [ 27, 28].
Furthermore, minutes of intensity-specific physical activity were derived using the following cut-points: sedentary time <100 cpm, light physical activity 100 < 2000 cpm, moderate physical activity 2000 < 6000 and vigorous physical activity ≥6000 cpm.

Furthermore, Reilly et al. [ 51] re-analyzed data using different epochs and cut-off points for sedentary time and MVPA and found values ranging from 180 to 501 min of sedentary time per day and 28 to 266 min of MVPA per day for the same periods and individuals.
Cut points were: sedentary <99counts/min [ 34– 36]; light activity 100 1951 counts/min; moderate activity 1952-5724counts/min; vigorous activity 5725-9498/min; and very vigorous activity 9499- ∞/min [ 37].
There is no consensus about the most appropriate activity count cut off points for sedentary, light, moderate and vigorous PA levels in pregnancy.
Second, the sample size of the present study was too small preventing us from reliable comparison of MAD cut-points between girls and boys although Table 2 indicates that boys may have slightly higher cut-point from sedentary to light activity than girls.
A recent study comparing the different cut-points for sedentary behaviour (100, 300, 800, 1100) with the observation of children's behaviour showed that Actigraph cut-point of ≤100 cpm is the most appropriate one for quantifying time children spent on sedentary activities (Fischer et. al. unpublished data).
More importantly, these lama-bordo systems signal a major cultural tipping point toward sedentary agricultural life and solidify our understanding of the Neolithic transition in Mesoamerica.
They also reported that 100 cpm as a cut-point for sedentary behaviour showed good to excellent classification accuracy.
