Ryanodine receptor (RyR2), SERCA2a, PLB and β1-adrenoreceptor were detected from 75, 60, 50 or 25 μg of lysate, respectively, and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) or β-actin was also identified in each loading condition.
