Collaboration Université-Entreprise-Gouvernement: des Instituts aux plates-formes et aux écosystèmes.
L'article décrit un modèle bottom-up basé sur une plate-forme, pour l'analyse de la collaboration Université-Entreprise-Gouvernement (UXC).
Les problèmes actuels d'incitation interne liés aux UXC dans les universités en particulier en Europe sont analysés et des lignes directrices sont présentées pour un modèle de plate-forme de voie rapide et pour la construction de moteurs de connaissances.
